PCIe Slots Confusion

I've been recommended to get an ASRock B85 Pro4 Mobo as part of a rebuild of my PC. Initially, I will have to use my old GeForce GTX295 GPU with it. However, I can't determine from either the board or card specs, which PCIe slot it will need to go in. That board has 4 PCIe slots with 3 different specs as far as I can tell, so which one is appropriate? Eventually I intend to upgrade the GPU and I'm assuming that the ASRock can accommodate most modern GPU's.

Solution
Well it should go in a physical X16 slot, but it should be wired X16 as well. The card is PCI-e gen 2, the processor will supply the PCI-e lanes and will backward compatible with the card.
