PCIE USB card with 2 internal 19/20 pin headers?

Hi, I am looking for a PCIE card with two 20 pin USB 3.0 headers for internal use. Technically, it could also work with 1 USB 3.0 header and one USB 2.0 header.

I've checked ebay and Amazon and Newegg and couldn't find anything. There is a startech that says it has two headers but I checked the pictures and it's actually one header. The model number is PEXUSB3S2E2I.

That's the closest I've gotten.

No - all the ones I've seen have usb ports on them. Not headers.

EDIT : you can connect your usb3.0 front panel 20 pin connector to these and it will work fine

Those both only have one internal header. I need 2. I know I can get 2 cards but I only have 1 pcie slot free.

I realise it's nearly a year later, but I wanted to contribute anyway. I was on this exact quest and also struggled greatly to find what I wanted: one PCI-E card that would yield TWO (not one!) internal 20-pin USB 3.0 headers.

I've finally found one, and I wonder if it's not the only one of its kind: The SilverStone SST-ECU01

It has helped me. I am going to use this along with their USB 3.0 19 pin to USB 2.0 9 pin header adapter to solve a problem of running both an NZXT Aperture M front card reader with USB 3.0 ports and the cases external USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports. Without this solution I was going to have to add both additional USB 2.0 headers using the NZXT IU01 and then add the pci express card with the USB 3.0 headers. Now I can save space and not use an additional pci express card. Thanks for posting the info!
