I am wondering if I could get riser adapter to plug Matrox g450 PCI 32 bit to PCIe x16

Wrong adapter thats 16x pci-e to pci, op needs it the other way around.

I have PCI 32 bit matrox quad graphic card it does not work when I plug it on the PCI slot on the motherboard
which has PCIe X16 , just wondering if i could get an adapter so I can plug PCI card into PCIe X16
