[SOLVED] @ PCs Same lan, different DL speeds

So I just noticed that my second PC on the same desk is getting about 25% of the speed of the other one. Slow one is a dell and the fast one is my beast amd ryzen 7, 1080 yada yada yada. I've checked that the adapters in device man and both are set to auto negotiate. the router is an EA6100 linksys. Fast one is getting around 100Mbps and the slow one is knockin on 20Mbps. Gotta be the pc or the router, right? I'm at a loss. Switched cables too, same deal. both win 10 pcs.

Have you tried each computer directly plugged into the modem? If the speeds are the same there then its a router issue.
