PCSX2 video problems

this is probable the wrong place to post this but the PCSX2 website i kinda have got banned.
when i play games on this games that run off of an ISO have these bars over them, yet games on a disk do not. how to fix this?

ALL of my ISO games do this, and the bars change color depending on the game lol

Well you showed two different games. Why not rip the hard copy of midnight sun and run that as an ISO and see what happens. Not compare dub 3 and some zoo game

the zoo game was Madagascar lol i cant rip my hard copy because it stop on ASSETS.DAT due to the disk being, not so clear of scratches, i had a screen shot of another game with the bars but gyazo didn't feel like giving me the link for it

update, if i change the GSdx Renderer to software the bars go away, but then the game runs at 50-70% speed

maybe don't use the dx11 renderer and go down a level. I forget what mine is set at for the best results. Also, are you using official version or one of the hacked shader versions.

DX settings doesn't make a change, only hardware and software do, and im assuming i have an official version because i got PCSX2 form the PCSX2 website
