Just tried it and had no problems getting to the page on "Shish Kebab,
Brochette and Satay Recipes" so I don't think it's due to PCT 1.0.

I can also get to that page if I set all my Security and Privacy setting to
the max so it doesn't look like that either.

I'm at a loss to know what to suggest apart from the obvious like deleting
Tempory Internet Files (Tools -> Internet Options -> General tab -> "Delete
files").
