PDP Titanfall 2 controller wont work on win 8.1 pro

I have bought this titanfall 2 controller recently but it wont work on windows 8.1 pro. It recognised it but the controller wont turn the light on and it wouldnt work in games.http://imgur.com/a/8r0tn here are some pictures of how everything looks. ANy help how to fix this?

Try installing the driver

Personally for me it just installed the driver without downloading anything.
i run Win8.1 pro also
