Can a peer-to-peer network be constructed if two groups of peers are geographically separated? Explain.

I suspect you are confusing general concepts. If you look at large companies they have office in many countries and all their machine can communicate on a large network. Peer to peer really just means any group of machine can talk and the is the whole purpose of ip addresses.
