Question PEN Mode not working on HP Tilt Pen ?

I bought HP Tilt Stylus after reading this thread on HP forum:

I have HP ENVY - 13-aq1013dx (Windows 10 - 2004) so i bought HP TILT Pen and facing the below issues.

The pen is paired through Bluetooth and it button "A" Presentation mode is taking screen shot but when i touch on different screen options it's not working.

I google it and found that under pen & Windows ink some options are missing like:

• choose which hand you write with
• show visual effects
• ignore touch input when i'm using my pen
• show the handwriting panel when not in tablet mode and there's no keyboard attached

I know this may sound silly, but is your computer's touchscreen working without the Pen?
