Pentium 4 1.5 ghz overclocked to 3ghz what kind of cooling?

I have a old pentium 4 that i would like to expiriment on, and I would like to know what kind of homemade cooling systems could i iuse. Also I only increased the bus speed by 6 mhz and the speaker started making a loud noise when i rebooted????
