Thats the most it will do with multiplier adjustments, not sure though.
By increasing the FSB you might get higher, cause I dont really think that 4.53 GHz is the max on air.

Yeah, that really doesn't seem like the max speed since the cedar mills hit 4.5 on stock cooling.

That's not true. Currently there is no single card faster than two X1900 XTXs.
