I have Pentium Dual-Core E5300 it runs hot on Idle 55°C. I need some help on full load it goes up to around 95°C. I took my PC down and took out the stock cooler to cleaned it. It didn't help at all. I need some help cooling it down
Your cooler (whether it's the stock fan or some other means) could be failing. 95 degrees C is plenty enough to permanently damage the CPU, even for a short amount of time. 100C boils water. If you have access to another CPU cooler, give it a shot.

I dont its my cooler failing because on full load the cooler clocks to max speed(around 3400 RPM).
The above article lists reasons why a CPU would overheat.
Read through those. You should at least have a better understanding of what could be happening, and I am sure that there are remedies and/or tests that are listed that can help you zero in on your problem.
