ram - 4gb
win 8.1 64bit
nvidia gt210 512mb ddr3 (just bought recently 1 week ago)

i can play bo2,bf3.sgw2,etc at mid settings on intel hd graphics.
now i am playing fc3 on thic card at mid settings 27fps avg.

recommend me some games till i upgrade to a new cpu and gpu( in 4-5 months)

You should look up benchmarks for that CPU+GPU, and any game which is playable, look up info about it to see if you would like it.
