[SOLVED] Pentium G620 Upgrade?

I just recently bought an old PC from a friend for $40 and am planning to give this thing a little bit upgrade for some very basic gaming. I was just wondering what is the best CPU I can upgrade to from the Pentium G620 that it has?

Dell Optiplex 390
Pentium G620 2 Core 2.6GHz
8GB DDR3 Ram
256 GB Samsung Pro 850 SSD
Display:
Radeon HD 5450 - Dual DVI
Intel HD - HDMI and VGA
DVD-RW

Would I be able to install 16gb of ram as well or 8gb is the limit? I am also going to add a 512gb SSD to it. Along with a used RX 460/560 or 1050/ti whichever is cheaper or best value

What form factor do you have? If it's SFF you will have some limitations. Otherwise, it looks like the i7-2600 can work (the k version may or may not work). 16GB is possible:

i7-2600 for sure--possibly i7-2600k, but no one is really sure in the experiences I saw online.
