Please help me decide the best deal for my money?

Personally I wouldn't consider a Celeron processor but it all depends on what you do with the computer. Below are links that compare th i3-380M vs Pentium P6200:

P6200 = Arrandale
B815 = Sandy Bridge

Order of performance, although very little between P6200 and B815 in benchmarks.
You now have to start looking at memory, hdd, gpu and any other bells and whistles on each laptop.
