[SOLVED] People selling access to shared steam account on eBay for cyberpunk etc ??

So I've seen a few sellers on eBay selling log in details to steam accounts they hold with a few games on . You pay them £6 and they send you the log in details for that shared account which 1000s of other people will also be sold , so you then download the game from that account then play in offline mode .
Is this safe or can they be a way they hack you doing this ?
Anybody done this ?

Absolutely not. How do you know if it is their account?

It could easily be stolen account credentials they are selling.
Not safe in any way.
