Question Per Core OC i7 2600K help

I would like to OC to 4.5MHz using per core. I tried following these instructions, but it seems all cores are registering at 4.5. I think it has to do with CPU C3 and CPU C6 report needs to be enabled. If I enable these, I cannot boot into Windows. It freezes at the logo screen.

Can I ask why you want to do per core overclocking? The time and effort to do per core overclocking is simply not worth it.

Just do a all core 4.5ghz or even a 4.8ghz overclock and your set.
