Perflib error, help please

So since yesterday I got event id 1008 error. And don't know how to fix it, "The Open Procedure for service "BITS" in DLL "C:\Windows\System32\bitsperf.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will not be available. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the error code." Is the information.

Tried doing as said in microsoft helping section but got more errors with search index so just disabled windows search service and now error free atm Thanks anyways, will try that later if I need it.
