Question Performance drop

Hi, so recently I built a gaming pc and I was happy with the performance until around last week things started acting weird. My entire pc started freezing up, fps was stuttering/dropping, and things started loading slower. Anyone know what the problem might be? Specs: Ryzen 5 5600x 6700xt red devil 32GB ram 3600mhz Asus x570 mb(Also sorry if screwed anything up while posting, first time posting here)

Check cpu and gpu temps.

I did, they're pretty good. One thing worth noting is my windows wanted to update, but surely that isn't the cause for this right?

Never say never.
'windows wanted to update'......wanted to or did?
Think about stuff that changed prior to this problem.

It showed me there was an update but this problem still existed before the update. Is there someplace else you can recommend to go? I feel like there's not much for you to go off here

Boot the machine a let it sit for a few mins.
Run the benchmark with the browser closed and post a LINK to the results page.

You have a lot of stuff running.
Try this again.
Boot the machine and let it sit for '5' mins.
Run UBM with the browser CLOSED.
Post a link to the results.

Everything being closed is not enough.
You need to BOOT the pc and let it sit......no browser open either.
We need to see the numbers from a fresh start.

Odd UBM thinks you have been up for over a day.
Are you using hibernate?

UBM is showing some odd stuff.

Try this.
Disable fast startup in the power plan......use google.
Disable hibernate.....use google.

After that's done boot and wait then run UBM again and post a link.
