Hello Everyone. I Have got Windows 10.019045.5247 x64 installed on My Hewlett Packard OMEN 15 Gaming Laptop from 2018. The Laptop was Released in 2018.

Anyway, The Are My Spec's:

Processor: Intel Core i5 7300HQ 2.5Ghz
Memory: 32 GB DDR4 2400Mhz
Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 1050 4GB DDR5
Storage: 1 TB SSD (Non NVME)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10.0.19045.5247 x64

i've installed DirectX June 2010 SDK from Scooby Mod Discord Server and it installed Successfully and then i installed all The Visual C++ Runtime Redistributables (https://www.techpowerup.com/download/visual-c-redistributable-runtime-package-all-in-one/)

Before Battleye i Could Run Game with Mod Menu's and No Performance Issues. Now Because of Battleye i Can NOT Run Scooby Up 2 Date Mod. 😢😭 without Graphics Problems.

I Configured My NVIDIA Control Panel PsysX to Use Graphics Card & Another Thing i run Grand Theft Auto At It's Highest i get over 60Fps with out a Mod Menu. So? It's NOT Like i've Got UEFI Malware.
I Configured My 3D Settings to Perfection and Get SUCH Excellent Performance Out of GTA V

Contact the mod maker and ask them for customer support. If they don't provide any, remove the mod.

Mods are 3rd party unofficial modifications to a game. And them being unofficial, means that when mod doesn't work and/or brakes the game, it's up to you to deal with the issue (since you installed the mod).

Hey EVERYONE On Earth Listen To Me! 🥳🎉

I Just Changed my NVIDIA PhysX Setting to CPU and I'm NO LONGER Having Performance Issues with Scooby Mod for Grand Theft Auto V on Windows 10.0.19045.5247 x64

I Was Having Performance Problems with NVIDIA PhysX Setting Set to Graphics But NOW It's on CPU.

The Developer said YOU Have to Install Direct X SDK June 2010 First and the The Visual C++ Runtime Redistributables which i Did and NOW EVERYTHING is Working. THANK GOD.

If the game worked fine before the Scooby mod than Aeacus already gave you the fix.

It's not up to Rockstar to fix the mod. Also IDK if your running multiple mods but that at times give performance issues.

NO Rockstar Must Fix Their Performance of The Game I didn't say thet Rockstar Must Fix Scooby Mod its NOT their Mod -__-

If you run vanilla, do you still have performance issues?

Still, shouting it out here doesn't fix the game. You need to contact Rockstar and let them know of the issue(s).

Though, if you're running multiple mods and mods themselves work, but gaming performance drops (e.g stutters) then it is not the game's (and Rockstar's) fault, but instead having multiple mods running + reduced PC performance that can't cope with all that.
