Performance of R7 370

Can R7 370 be enough to play the Witcher, GTA 5, Fallout 4 in high settings with reasonable fps? Like 40-50 fps?

It really is meant to be a budget card primarily for mobas(LoL, dota 2) or even less demanding games such as Cs:go. None the less if you're willing to tone down some of the settings you can get decent fps in more demanding games.

For the type of games you're after though I'd personally go for either a 380x or a 960 as a minimum

Well if they get 25fps on ultra I'm sure you can squeeze 40ish fps if you tone down some settings
