Perif and SATA

Hey,

First time PC builder...
I have a question regarding my PSU and the H100i cooler i purchased.
On the EVGA SuperNOVA G2 Gold 750W Power Supply, I noticed that it has SATA and PERIF ports. The Corsair H100i liquid cooler requires a SATA to power it. I'm going to be using a HDD and an SSD so that takes up two of my sata ports. should i use the PERIF cable/slot to power the h100i? If not, what is the PERIF slot used for. Also, are the VGA slots on my PSU the PCI slots?

Any help is greatly appreciated. 😀

Yes you can use the PERIF cable as this refers to the 4pin peripheral power cable or molex.
