[SOLVED] Peripherals not working

So today in morning I turned on my pc and it was working perfectly. In the middle of the game my pc crashed and a blue screen appeared with the text that i ran into a problem and need to restart pc. When i restarted the pc turns on but nothing works( monitor, mouse, keyboard, headphones) The fans are spinning. I tried replug everything and cleaned the pc. Still nothing.

I fixed it, the problem now is that it shows 8 gb of ram instead of 16
