[SOLVED] Peripherals Not Working

So I built my PC in November of 2020 and it worked fine up until now. Recently my computer keeps rebooting completely every time I turn it on, reloading windows and such and now my peripherals won’t turn on. My computer turns on and all the fans run by my headphones, keyboard, mouse, and monitor don’t turn on. I tried finding a fix and ended up replacing my CMOS battery but that didn’t do much. Now my keyboard turns on and my mouse for a bout 2 seconds then it turns off. The monitor still doesn’t turn on. I’m really hoping it’s not the power supply but I don’t have many options left

Mobo: Gigabyte B550M DSH3
Ram: 2x8GB 3200 Hz Corsair Vengeance LPX
PSU: Aresgame AGV500 500W 80+ Bronze

Update motherboard BIOS.
Play with RAM settings.
Test with other PSU. The Aresgame is Tier D in https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/psucultists-psu-tier-list-rev-14-8-12-07-2021.3624094/ and only recommanded for cheap igpu systems.

Do you have any recommendations for how I would update you motherboard BIOS? I cant see the screen as my monitor doesn’t power on. Also any suggestions for better PSU?

Difficult to do in this situation. Maybe the motherboard is defective.

One from Tier A or B from the same tierlist. 550w is enough.
