My current PC is starting to show it's age on the market. I wanted to ask the question. Can you build a modern gaming PC without liquid cooling?

Oh ofc, you can build wonderful system's with just aftermarket aircooling or off the stock cooler(notable exception is for K suffix processors and TR4).

How much are you looking to spend and do you care about aesthetics?

spending budget is hobby. Basically from now till 2025. This machine will be to play my games. I don't care about asthetics, because it will be a box under a desk.
