PFN_LIST_CORRUPT but RAM is OK

Hello Community!

First of all my system specs:
Motherboard: MSI Z170A Gaming Pro
CPU: i7-6700K (not overclocked)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-2133 2x8GB
GPU: Zotac GTX 1080 Amp! Extreme Edition (not built in currently)
SSD: ADATA SP900 256GB

What I have done already:
System worked for about a month without stability issues
After that I got the PFN_LIST_CORRUPT BSOD wiht the Parameter 1: 0x8D (something with page-free list)
Can not boot into safe-mode, recovery-mode or any other OS / Repair-Disk
I Memtested my RAM (13hrs total) with 0 errors
Changed the RAM with same type
Still the same error on startup

There are no minidump files too. All the changed last dates are from the date where my PC still worked


Please help me. I am so confused right now, that nothing seems to help.
