So I just bought my new phanteks enthoo luxe but I've encountered a few problems with it, otherwise I absolutely love it.
So sometimes when j turn off my case the LEDs for the power switch will flash red and the bottom inch of the side LEDs will each flash orange, this is all while the case is powered off, just wondering how to fix this.
Also on the top part of a case there is a vent that is held into place the same way a pen clicks into place but with two springs. One of these springs does not click anymore and the vent will not go down.
I've contacted phanteks but have gotten no response. Could anyone help me with these problems?
