Phanteks P400 and old motherboard

Board is standard microATX, case supports microATX = fits.

I know that but I am not sure about Stand-off Spacer screw because this is pretty old motherboard

If boards is listed as conforming to microATX standard (and it does), it must not only fulfill size requirements but also hole positions must be in standard places.

I want ask you one more question. I am not sure how to connect front panel of case including power and restart button.......
In guide is something like SATA conector 12V when I plug this in PSU am I able to turn on my pc ? I usually plug these little conecntor to motherboard.

Power sw, restart and leds cables go to 9-pin header in bottom-right corner of motherboard. Exact positions of each connector are either printed nearby header or in motherboard manual.
That sata connector is probably for powering things like LEDs, led strips and the like on the case. Comp should work without it connected.
