Both are good cases. Take a look at the features and see which suits your needs better. If neither stand out in that aspect, choose based on looks.

As mentioned above, both are fantastic cases, but the P400 has much better support for radiators, better build quality and better airflow.
The S340 is very limited both in regards to expansion speaking from experience, and it doesn't have good support for long GPUs with HDD brackets in.
