Phanteks won't respond, so can you?

I recently purchased a PWM Fan Hub on Amazon from Phanteks. The name suggests that it has 4 pin headers, however this is not the case. It only has 3 pin headers and is therefore not entirely compatible with PWM fans. If it is possible. If I am wrong about anything, then please, by all means, correct me.

The product description on Amazon is pretty clear -"The Phanteks PWM Fan Hub is capable of powering up to 11x fans (3-pin) through PWM modulation, while occupying only 1x 4-pin header of your motherboard per Fan Hub." You use 3 pin fans and the controller is connected to the mobo using a 4 pin cable. Thus, the controller uses pulse width modulation, but the fans are voltage controlled.

Yes I realize that, however, my question is will my 4-pin fans still work?

Yes - you can use 4 pin fans on 3 pin headers. They're not going to be PWM controlled (that what the 4 pin is for).
