Phantom 820 case questions

So I got this new build its my first, and I gotta say this case comes in with dozens of cables just hanging out there, I'm still trying to wrap my head around each one since the case manual is pretty... bad.. anyway, I have a "molex" cable that is supposed to power the fan controllers, problem is it has no place to get plugged in on my mb (asus rog formula X) nor on my modular PSU (EVGA 750W Gold) ... What do I do?

It gets plugged into a Molex on the power supply not the motherboard.
You have several Molex connectors with that power supply.

Can you post a photo of that "molex" cable?
If it is this one, then you connect it to your PSU.

Okay so I finally found the cable that gets the molex hooked to the PSU, turned out my friend threw it in the living room by accident and I thought that it was missing in the PSU box, thanks for the help guys, cheers
