Fun fact

AMD lied on fixing the tlb bug with the B3 stepping phenoms.

A month ago my uncle made a few cheap pc's for the purpouse of using virtual maschines on them. the cpus he uses are used 8750x3, 8850x3,9550x4 and 9750x4.

All 4 Cpus Give BSOD from time to time only when virtualization is used.

AMD lied damn it

This is a non-issue with your father's B3 step Phenoms.

More than likely, the problem is caused by a) using CPUs that are 7+ years old (the B3 Phenoms being released in 2008) & are most likely already used, b) using an antiquated (& probably also pre-used) motherboard (as the Phenoms were Socket AM2+ processors, so the boards would also be from 6+ years ago at least), or c) problems with other older (& most likely used) hardware that was...
Errrr - this was like 7 years ago - http://www.anandtech.com/show/2477/2

"With the TLB erratum fixed in B3, AMD is one step closer to a competitive Phenom part. Unfortunately Phenom still suffers from low clock speeds and that's something AMD will be working on in the coming months. It will take a combination of higher clock speeds and very competitive pricing to really save Phenom."

This B3 stepping was in the 9600 series.

Since I don't see anything saying that your uncle did any testing, I would say there's no way he can blame the CPUs yet...at least not until he installs them in a system that is otherwise 100% brand-new: brand-new motherboard, RAM, PSU, GPU, HDD, etc. And by "new", I don't mean "certified refurbished", & definitely don't mean, "It's new for him because he bought it from someone else".
