Phenom ii x2 555

Hello
I have AMD Phenom II x2 555, running on M2N SLI motherboard, on 3.2Ghz
My power supply is MSI 400W
I was wondering something, was trying to search on google, but mine English isn't that great and I know that people who use tomshardware know everything about things like these 😀
SO my question is, im not that great with money, but I want to buy a new motherboard, but the one that will be able to unlock this cpu, to quad core, but in same time that motherboard support DDR2 Ram memory, because I already have 4Gb of DDR2
The guy from who I bought this cpu already unlocked the cpu to four cores on his motherboard but he was asking 100euros for motherboard what was too much for me
So I bought cpu alone
I would like if someone could helpo me with which motherboard should I buy that support unlocking of this cpu and that supports DDR2 ram memory
And one more thing, would GeForce gtx 460 or radeon HD 7770 bottleneck this cpu, if I unlock it ofc

Motherboards for DDR2 memory haven't been produced for many years now, I doubt you'll find any new ones. 100 euro is waaaay to much for such MB, Around here (Serbia) second hand MBs like that go for 20 euro. A cheap AM3 or AM3+ motherboard. even new all with 4GB of DDR3 RAM would cost less.

Yes, I wasn't looking for new product, Im okay with second hand or used product that's fully functional of course
But could you please give me a name of Motherboard that will be able to unlock this cpu without any problems?
My problem is that I have no idea about Motherboards.. a scrub we can say
I just wanted to buy another Motherboard that supports DDR2 memory and that is able to unlock this cpu, so far I had no luck

Well, this one for instance: Gigabyte M61PME-S2 virtually all AM2+ can also unlock cores.
