Phenon II missing pin

Hi

I have Socket 941,AM3 board that has a Phenom II (HDT90ZFBK6DGR) in it,i have recently been given this machine and I can see it has been messed with it looks like someone bent some pins and straightened them, I have managed to get them all straight and it does insert but it does not boot and I have noticed a missing pin on the CPU, probably a stupid question but I know some pins are not used, is this likely to be a dead CPU with this pin missing please.

The pin is supposed to be there.

If it has been mistreated with bent pins, then I would assume that it is a dud CPU.
