Phone calling mic damaged?

I have Oneplus One and unfortunately I dropped it really bad. Now whenever I call someone, they don't get my voice clearly. My voice cuts very much and seems as if I am speaking in bubbles and water or something. They can't understand what am I talking. Lol. Btw I didn't drop my phone in water. It dropped in sand! Please help me. What should I do, WHAT PART SHOULD I REPLACE?

Either you get help by some company willing to repair your phone, though this might be expesive.
Or you can buy headphones/earplugs with built-in mic if the oneplus one supports that, this is the cheaper option if you won't buy some expesive headphones/earplugs.

There is an authorized Oneplus center in my city. But what should I tell them, what is damaged? Is it called calling mic or something?

Just tell them what your problem is and hopefully they'll find it, after all. It's their job.
