Phone not showing SD card

My android phone is not showing SD card. But when i connect my phone to PC i can see the SD card. If i search a file on SD card , my phone shows it's path.
Please help !!!
PS: I have not rooted my phone. It is karbon Titanium S2
Android version 4.2.2

Hello AdGo,
Go to Settings>Storage; do you see the external SD card listed? If not, tap "Mount" if you see it.
run chkdsk in my computer but no errors were found in checkdsk
