I have an Huawei P8 GRA-L09 I recently installed a rom which was buggy, now the phone does not want to charge or install the original firmware on the device

I would suggest signing up on either xda-developers.com and/or androidforums.com and asking about this in the forum dedicated to your device (or device family).

There is much more depth of expertise there, particularly when it comes to rooting and installing alternate recovery and custom ROMs.
