Phone - processing powers vs graphics processing

Phones & Processors -

Phone 1
-----> GPU: Samsung Exynos 4 (4412)
-----> CPU: ARM Mali-400/MP4.

Phone 2
-----> GPU: Mediatek MT6589
-----> CPU: PowerVR SGX544

Phone 1 CPU (1400mhz) is way more powerful than the Phone 2 CPU (1200mhz) but Phone 1 GPU is weaker than phone 2 GPU. So which should I choose a phone for its processor or GPU? I don't play extremely taxing games but some are demanding and I frequently flash my phone and I'm a bit of a speed freak. So what would you go with and why?

I would go with the weakest phone cause i don't like to charge the phone every 4 hours.

My Sony Ericson z500a lasts me 3 weeks on a single charge now that's a phone.
Dad's new HTC One phone lasts 7-11 hours till it becomes dead

Thanks. The phones are the Galaxy S3 (2100 mAh) (Phone 1) and blu life view (2600mAh) (Phone 2) which should I go with? I wouldn't worry about battery life because I have an extended battery (4400 mAh) for the S3 but i don't have one for the life view. The S3 has ALOT of Custom Roms and bootable features etc and i cud barely find anything with the life view and the life view runs on 4.2.2 Ugh! and the S3 is upgradable. I'm getting the S3 second hand and the life view new. The S3 has a 8mp camera and the Blu a 12mp camera. Which would you go with?
