Hello,
I would like to make slide shows of family photos and condense hours of video tapes(which have been transferred to DVD) to edited highlights.Is a high specification laptop going to be easier & quicker to use than an Apple i-MAC (basic)?

Hi: For me I think the high specification laptop but for you, I think that before asking this question you should ask yourself which is a more

comfortable and efficient environment for your specfic work. if you are not used to working with

Mac then you should go for a good high End Desktop or laptop and vice versa
