Photos and videos corrupted witch took by Nokia N95

I got photos and videos from Nokia N95 phone and save it hard disk now its can't read and software I have try many any body knows how to open those files. Also how can i put photos and music videos Chinese tv phone its which format and what is the convert software.

Have you tried contacting Nokia for the software? They probably have an application you can load.
