Photos App Tile Slide Show

How do I get the Photos tile to slide show pictures that are in a folder I select?

After I installed Win 8 last night I noticed that the Photos tile was showing slides of pictures that I had in a folder.
I wanted another group of pictures to display on the tile so I clicked on the tile to enter the photos app, clicked on "Pictures Library" and then clicked on another picture folder. I clicked the "Select All" icon and went back to "Start" but the tile no longer shows slides, it just shows 1 picture from the folder.

I right-clicked on the tile but there's no option to start a slide show.

I also went to Windows Explorer, right-clicked the picture folder, and made sure the folder was shared with my Homegroup, but that didn't resolve the issue.

Don't know what else to try.

The ability to select multiple photos (for instance, an entire folder) to appear on the app tile on the Start screen currently isn't supported. By default, the app selects photos for you from the Pictures library based on an 'interestingness' score that takes into account factors like how recently a photo was taken.

You may also select a specific photo to appear on the tile by using the "Set as app tile" command. To do this, find the photo in the app and tap or click on it to view it full-screen. Then bring up the app command bar (Win + Z on keyboard, right-click with mouse, or swipe up from the bottom using touch) and select "Set as app tile". So it will actually happen. It just takes time for the program to recongize it and stuff. I was wondering the same thing but mine started showing today. Just make sure to go in and out of the app everytime you boot until it finally shows up.

Thanks for the feedback and previewing the Photos app!
