Picking a suitable GPU

Ok so i have the money to get either a 4GB GTX760 or a 2GB GTX770.

The GTX760 has more memory while GTX770 is faster

Which one should I go for?

GTX 770, hands down. 4GB might be nice to chase to the GTX 770, though.
