Question PicoPSU Advice Needed!

Need help finding PicoPSU's that will work... MB's are ROG STRIX B360 Gaming, with i3-8100 CPU, 256 G NvME drives . 3 USB CMOS Cameras, wireless USB KB/Mouse. Hope someone can help, the 250w units i bought from china power on, but apparently its not enough power, the lights on the board kinda flicker, and never get video

I'd never heard of a 250W pico PSU, I'd assume that they are simply non-functional or only giving a tiny portion of 250W.

Strip it down, CPU and RAM, does that work? then add USB devices. I can't see more than 100-120W there, and that's taking the CPU at top end of it's range.
