Picture Discoloration in Chrome

Lately I've been having a problem with viewing images on Google Chrome. They load, but they're distorted, with pixelated patches and discoloration. The problem seems to be Chrome specific, as the images look proper on Internet Explorer and everything else on my PC looks fine.

The difference:

Anyone know what the deal is?

Didn't do anything. I also updated Adobe Flash Player and still no difference.

I already tried that too, although the monitor is fine. Everything from games, Internet Explorer photos, and everything else looks fine. The only problem with discoloration is on Chrome.
