Hello, so about 1-1.5 years ago i built my own pc with the help of this forum love this community, so now the time comes for upgrades, but im pretty happy with my r5 2600+ rx 580 8gb saphire nitro+ they still going strong, at the time i was buidling it i was going for a budget build, i even used some old dekstop case just to assemble everything, but now i just want something shiny lel, i thought that i will buy a new psu just in case i want to upgrade my rig and i will need some extra juice, the psu i got is "cooler master mwe bronze 550w v.2" and now im waiting for it to get delivered, and im starting to get a bit nervous, cause i haven't made any research on cm's psu's , so maybe any of you have any idea or used them and can tell me if they are reliable, i still have evga 450w psu so thats my question for u guys.
Aaand ine more thing cause im looking for some "bling bling" on my pc i kinda want to get a new b450m mb too with wifi and Bluetooth cause the one i have was the cheapest, and is it worth to oc r5 2600, and if yes what coolers would you guys recommend air or water cooled?
Current rig specs:
Ryzen 5 2600
B450m-ds3h
Rx 580 8gb saphire nitro+
Team Group Delta RGB DDR4 16GB (2x8GB)
3000MHz CL16 1.35V
WD green ssd and hdd

Bling bling depends entirely on you.
People have way different oppinions about bling bling.
What bling bling did you exactly have in mind?
Any sort of theme or just rgb?
I would upgrade the motherboard to B550.
PCIe 4.0 support for the new GPU's,also pcie 4.0 m.2's if you have the money for it.
What is your budget?
AIO or Air cooler?
Post pictures about your pc on imgur,copy/paste link here.
It will help us with advices on bling bling upgrades.

When I'll get back from work i sure will upload pictures, just wondering, should i upload on this thread or make a new one? :/
I mean i wanna see people's ideas or get inspiration from their PC's, my budget would be like...around 200-300€ would that be enough for lets say a mb and a cooler plus some customizations? And i think im going for a theme, for me rgb is too flashy

Either create a new thread ,edit it to be a DISCUSSION or just edit this thread.
I did something similar to what you want: https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/what-do-you-think-about-these-visual-upgrades.3688084/

That power supply is fairly low quality only comes with a 3 year warranty for a reason.

For upgrading the motherboard that is wasted money and not going to help performance. You can buy a WIFI card with bluetooth.

Their not much overclocking room on the processor anyhow.

Adding bling is easy but depends on the case.

a bit of mesh in the front for the fan is good.
A rear exhaust fan with 2 top exhaust fans is enough.
I wouldn't get anything else.
Maybe some new bling bling corsair ram but that is only for aestethic purpose, which i wouldnt do,but if you have the money and really want it...

I would go for better airflow.
Since you have a mATX board a smaller case not sure where you live.

Cooler master PSU should be fine, they are a trusted brand - i think people worry too much about PSUs being unreliable, as long as you dont buy if off Wish.com it will likely be fine

Not really.
You never know with psu's.
Even the top tier units can sometimes be faulty, and take something with them, but ofcourse they are less likely too since they are top tier units.
And now imagine you barely got a 3080 right now.
Impossible to find at a normal price.
Now 2 weeks in usage the pc shuts it self of randomly.
You wonder what it is,and you find out that your psu is gone, and it took your GPU with it.
That would really be tragical.
That is why you always make sure to buy a good quality psu.
A psu should be atleast a 5 year investment, choose wisely.

I red some articles that b550 might be a bit of an overkill for 2600

So maybe i shouldn't risk it and keep in using evga 450?
