Question Pin 20 on 20+4 motherboard pin

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I just got a power supply from EVGA(500W) and pin 20 on the motherboard connector doesn't have anything leading to it, its just a hole. My pc won't start and I'm wondering if this is the issue.

Pin 20 is supposed to be empty.
I believe it was for the -5V rail, but it isn't really needed anymore as it's an old ATX spec, so it's just removed.

Thank you so much, I was just a bit worried. My computer was working fine a couple days ago and now I'm pretty sure there's something wrong with the motherboard.
