Question Pin-Outs for cable adapter ?

Can anyone here provide the accurate wiring diagram/pin-out for the 3x8 to 16 (12+4 unused) adapter sold with and for EVGA RTX 3090 Ti GPUs? I'd rather just make a new harness instead of using a pigtail. Thank you.

By the looks of it, this adapter may not be something you can DIY, due to the S1-S4 pins.

Spec for S1-S4 unused on RTX 3000 series and current PSUs so that would not effect now. Thanks.
