pinch zoom disable

I cannot disable pinch zoom in the synaptics of windows 10. It doesn't allow me to do it.

You may try the following solution;

1. Go to control panel, search for "mouse" and then click Mouse from the top of the search results. This opens the Mouse Properites window.
2. Next, click the right-most tab, labeled Device Settings, and click the Settings button.
3. Next, from the left-hand column, click Pinch Zoom and un-check the box on the right labeled Enable Pinch Zoom.
Click OK to save your preference.

I"ve tried this but the box cannot be unchecked. The action is blocked. There is not such a problem with all the other function boxes under settings. It started as soon as I installed windows 10.

Have you tried the following;
You may want to use a USB mouse for this process.

- Uninstall your mouse driver.
- Restart your PC.
- Download and Install the mouse driver from the manufacturer's website.
- Once done with installation, restart your PC, try again to disable your pinch zoom.
