Ping goes up whenever i change monitores ( csgo )

so a few days ago my monitor samsung syncmaster sa300 started glitching out and i could not figure out how to fix it,
( thread about monitor )

so i decided to play csgo with my other monitor that is still functioning,
i lose some fps because my gpu doesnt have a vga port,
but i believe 150 fps is still playable so im doing that for now untill i buy a converter vga to dvi or hdmi ( if anyone has an opinion on the converter please comment on what you think is better * if there is a diffrence * convert to dvi or hdmi? )

and while i was playing with my funcioning monitor the ping when up my ping is usually 25-35 max when i connect the monitor it can fluctuate from 35 to 250 ( it usually lags for a few miliseconds going up and down sometimes it stays at 35 for a while )

and it annoys me so much, i tried investigating if maybe it was just my internet but when i open csgo on my other monitors that are connected to my gpu the ping is fine.

i have no idea if the problem is the gpu but the only diffrence from the monitor besides the brand and model is that the one with high ping is on motherboard and the one that the ping is fine is on gpu.

There is absolutely no way a monitor can affect your in game ping, it just displays what your computer sends to it.

Seems you have something else you are not listing here, are you playing on a different video card with this monitor? You said something about losing fps because of no VGA port, does that mean you are not using your normal video card? What are the system specs and what exactly are you using for a connection?

i thought it was impossible also so thats why i am trying to find the cause problem for this,
i said that in the topic that the problem is when i connect it to the cpu ( motherboard ) when i connect it to the gpu ( graphics ) its fine ( i believe gpu is graphics card and cpu is the motherboard if im wrong im sorry )
