Hey guys. Out of nowhere I started to get huge ping in games (from 50ms, which is an avarage for me, I am getting like 22kms), so I decided to check with some ping meter websites and discovered that I am getting rather huge packet loss, which is supposed to be 100 percent. Any idea where might be the problem?
This is my result from Pingplotter: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9D50JXuzkNfcmlzalVlQWFJaTg/view?usp=sharing
It seems that a hop number six is the problem, but I don't really understand this, so if anyone could help, that would be nice.

This probably is normal, i.e., ICMP traffic to your IP address probably is not allowed for security...

Well when I did it manually I see the same (almost, just slightly different ms) as you had.Which is strange given the fact that all websites I tried show 1000% packet loss. Nevertheless I have read that using cmd to ping can show wrong numbers as you send packets to yourself while when you use ping website or program, a server sends packtes to you. The router has been reset quite recently.

BTW results from pinging manually my ip adress https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B9D50JXuzkNfX2VfcmY0OWFkQ0E

Both pings (google and 8.8.8.8) are fine.

I play SWTOR for example or GW2.

This probably is normal, i.e., ICMP traffic to your IP address probably is not allowed for security reasons. A tracert to your IP address is fine up to 77.240.103.2 and then it times out. Since the pings that Inkiad suggested are fine, then you don't have an issue with your ISP. That doesn't mean there isn't an issue between your ISP and the server(s) you're trying to reach. Like Inkiad, I have no packet loss from my place to news.eurosignal.cz (average 133 ms) and I'm in North America.
